“The pictures are deceiving. The property is disgusting and unkempt. When I got there I couldn’t immediately let the host know how disgusting the property was because I gave T-Mobile and there was no reception. Since it was already about 9pm I left to look for a hotel. When I let the host know my concerns about the property and requested a refund, she refused. She wouldn’t even refund the cleaning feel. This was 340 dollars out the window. Book at your own risk.”

NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO SEND VIDEO FOOTAGE. . HOW CAN YOU AS A COMPANY REPRESENT SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEN DENY ME A REFUND??? THE HOTEL MANAGER SLEEPS ON THE COUCH IN THE FRONT HOTEL LOBBY. THE ENTIRE PLACE STANK. WHY NOT HAVE REPRESENTATIVES FROM HOTEL . COM GO CHECK OUT THE LOCATIONS PRIOR TO REPRESENTING THEM.”

“Clean, cozy, peaceful & quiet! Perfect for our family of 4. We felt safe & comfortable! The cabin had basic kitchen & bath nessecities that rentals don't typically have which was a great touch! We will definitely be back!”

“The local is great. Love the creek. The cabin it self could use some TLC. The tub needs a handle or something as it is very hard to get in and out. The outdoor shower is nice. ”
