“Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!”

“Second time me and my bf stayed here. Wonderful hosts. Lovely dogs. Cottage is clean. Has everything you could dream of. Stocked with lovely snacks and drinks by the host. Local bread, cookies. Keurig was wonderful stocked with pods. Bathroom is big. Stocked with plenty of essentials. Queen bed is comfortable. Always sleep well here. Large yard. We utilized the bbq. Pool is great. Hot tub on site. Had the best time. ”
