“This hotel was mediocre at best. The tv was facing the left side of the room and could not be turned toward the bed so you could actually see it. When watching from the bed you could not read subtitles because of the angle of the tv in relation to the bed. You could sit on the sofa and watch. The air conditioner was dreadful. It never got below 70 and the room was stuffy. I finally asked for a box fan and they gave it to me. We paid a lot for the room and would have expected more of a luxury...

“We were not told prior to our arrival or even when we checked in that the hotel was being renovated on every floor. We found out about the renovations when the elevator opened on our floor and we had to walk through all the work that was going on (painting, drilling, sawing, etc.) to get to our room at the other end of the hallway. We also did not have hot water for 24 hours until we and some other hotel guests went and complained. The water pressure in the shower was very poor and only came out...
