“We went for a 3 day weekend to run a trail race in Grayson Highlands state park. The house was a 30 minute drive from the park. Beautiful drive to the house and the park. We enjoyed resting at the house before and after our time at the park. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was lovely and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside reading.”

“Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia.”

“We found this townhome to be very rustic on the outside but very modern and updated inside. When we built our house we had parquet floors throughout and Berber carpet just like the bedrooms in the townhouse so we especially loved it! The stairs were a bit much for both of us due to knee injuries but we managed. A railing going downstairs would have been a huge help. It would be nice if the dumpsters were closer by the unit. “Es war etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden. Sie befindet sich im Obergeschoß eines Hauses, auf dem von aussen "Stuub" geschrieben ist. Wir hatten immer nach Kuckucksnest Ausschau gehalten. Als wir das Haus dann endlich als das unsrige identifiziert hatten, ging alles ganz einfach. Der self Check in hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist super. Sehr groß und sauber. Es ist genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, aber es gibt wirklich gar keine, von den Vormietern dort gelassenen Dinge wie...

“More difficult to get to since hwy. 58 closed at Damascus. Pretty drive taking the long way. Too bad the Virginia creeper trail closed, I was able to go down until the first washed out bridge at green cove. Enjoyed the quiet stay.”
