“ I came to Morristown, TN and stay between mid January through mid February to help my niece settled in for college. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Location is perfect, near college campus, mall, bank, restaurants. Customer service: From the manager to the people who clean the rooms, all were very nice and helpful. Due to COVID-19 hot breakfast is not served, but they offer all you need for a healthy breakfast, yogurt, bagels, orange juice, small packed deli bread and oats. Nick...

“No me gustó que en la página de Hotels dijera que se limpiaba la habitación a diario, luego encontrar un cartel en el baño que dijera que se hacía interdiario y luego (supongo que por un error) que en tres noches de estadía no la limpiaran ni una sola vez. “Was a non smoking room but that is all we smelled. Blanket was covered which we never use anyways. Best place for it was outside it smelled. Bathroom looked trashy hair all over tub and looked unclean. Not one thing smelled cleaned”

Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely...

“I was charged by Expedia and charge by hotel would like refund”

“The place is quiet/cute and decent for the price. The host had delayed responses to messages. The items in the place were old. Closet in front room was broke but overall I’ll stay again since I’m 4 min from my family. ”
