“Great base for exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Parking outside the room. Fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. We appreciated the outdoor grill and picnic tables. We had no problem finding all day parking in Bar Harbor when we went on a couple of cruises but we were there early in the morning. ”

“We had a terrific week on Beech Hill Pond! This is our 2nd year working with Josh and he makes the whole process (from booking to check-out) so smooth and easy. The property location is perfect that is gave us privacy but direct access to the lake and easy trips to Ellsworth for dinners and Bar Harbor for the day. We had everything we need as far as amenities and use water sports equipment. We rented a pontoon and tube from Lakeside Rental and thoroughly enjoyed every moment on the lake. ...

“Very clean, modern space. Property owner was very informative and gave perfect instructions for check in/out. Apt was in great location, at end of village, in quiet area of town, but within walking distance to everything, no need to drive for Village activities. Included all necessities. Only upgrade I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror in the bedrooms or somewhere in apt. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!”

“Home was perfect for our extended family of 9. It is quiet, spacious, and very accommodating. Cooked fresh lobster every night we ate at the house and not out. Great little, non-touristy lobster pound called Hodgdon's Seafood, only minutes from the house. Everything we needed to make us feel at home is here. We loved that we could reach most places on our to-do list within half an hour. Although, we did travel 2.5 hours to white water raft on the Kennebec. So worth the trip! We also recommend...

“This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again.”

“It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout.
