“Good clean room close to downtown. Breakfast was nice, waffle bar, etc. Walls are thin, you can hear everything and everyone. Pool is well maintained and decent sized. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Very nice place, I liked and very cleaned”

“Unfortunately, it is very dark where the motel is. Pulling in, we were very uncomfortable. Had we been able to get a refund, we would have left. However, the owner put us at ease and told us we were safe. She is very careful handling ice, and we were grateful for that. We did sleep well. Not much for breakfast so got a cup of coffee and left in the morning.”

“One of the best stays I’ve ever had!”

“Beautiful view”

“Peaceful country setting. Wonderful host. Wonderful stay.”

“The air conditioning was not adequate to keep the temperature comfortable. We ran all the window units the whole time we were there, and I don't think the temperature was ever below 80 degrees. If you were sleeping right under the A/C, it was ok, but otherwise it was pretty sweaty. We were pretty dissatisfied with the temperature. Granted, it was cooler than outside, but it wasn't great.”

“The property was great! It for our needs for the 2 days were at the County Fair.”

“Kimberly was great to work with. She checked in on us regularly”

“To be very honest the property is not what I expected from the listing. However, after getting settled in and the excellent communication with the host, the 6-week stay was very pleasant. The host was wonderful and checked on us on a regular basis. Host was very quick to fix any issues and was also very quick in all responses. They made us feel welcome. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who is looking for a reasonably priced home to...

“Perfect for our needs!”

“Historic Nauvoo. What a neat little town. Everyone was extremely friendly. The property is good value for the money. If you park on the Main Street, it’s easy to find. The alleyway from the front is level concrete and well lit. We parked in back as we were instructed. It was a little confusing at first, until I reread the instructions. The concrete alleyway from the back is uneven and not as well lit. But the town is a safe one, so security is already felt. The stairs to the upper apts...

“Wish she could of called me that night when we got there.”

“This was a 150+ year old pioneer home, with period-appropriate furnishings. The kitchen has been updated to modern appliances. The bathrooms are also updated. The bedrooms have comfortable beds for getting a good night’s sleep. It is located in a pioneer-era historic area. If you want restaurants nearby, or boutique shopping, forget it. Go with the pioneer atmosphere and experience the location and history. It may give you a whole new outlook about how our ancestors lived.”

“Well decorated and clean. Comfy bed. Close to city attractions.”

“Enjoyed our stay!”
