The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. “We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It is an adorable two story 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang out together. The house is older so the floor creaks a bit, but it is updated very nicely with modern decor. The house had all the essentials we needed like dish soap, towels, hair dryer, etc. It was very close to Bethel College so I would highly recommend it for families visiting their college student.
