“The hotel is very nice, although a bit worn. The attention of the staff is first class, because I felt welcome along with my family. The room quite large and comfortable. Its weak points are cleanliness (terrible!), very dirty carpets and dirty bathrooms (lots of hair). Breakfast is not enough for all guests (that's lack of coordination, number of guests vs. amount of food).”

“The lady at the front desk was awesome!! Very friendly and informative. There are also some guests that stay there long term and they were also very friendly and provided good conversation. Its an old building but in pretty good condition. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. We went there expected a fairly run down place so we wouldn't have to pay $200 for a quick nights sleep and were pleasantly suprised to find it was a comfy clean place with friendly faces. ”

“We are repeats. Our favorite things are the fully functioning kitchen and comfortable couches. The location is great. Close to everything youd want in Thermopolis. This time we did morning hikes close by. Of course we swim in the hot pools. The photos are on top of Round Top Hill. You can get there in about two minutes from the property.”
