“Buen parking El personal habla poco inglés ”

“Ocean front, great view of beach. The breakfast is outstanding, many local gourmet and very generous dining time (till 1:30pm) allowing full brunch. The room is a bit small for three people (booked a 4-person room), there is not sufficient space for luggage ( we have three small to midsized cases). There is no room cleaning (not even for trash collection) unless your request, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I recommend it because of the food and view.”

“Limpieza, muy amable el personal, podíamos comer noodles todas las noches invitados por el hotel y comer helados a cualquier hora igual que té galletas y café , las bicicletas se podían usar sin costo ”

“La habitacion exelente pero el Aire Acondicinado no era suficiente”

“Viele der angebotenen Dienstleistungen kosten extra.”

“This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. “The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay.”

“Mala atención. Desayuno horrible ”

“早餐多樣選擇、停車方便”

“住宿體驗普通、一般、不差，但若下次有機會來花蓮市旅遊，同等價位應會考慮其他飯店”

“Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.”

“內容活動豐富 餐點好吃”

“Habitación doble con baño, estilo literas. Parecía todo nuevo. Todo lo necesario incluido. Wifi bien. Tv (no cable). Plato ducha separado del resto de baño. Trabajadores amables. Espacio compartido muy bonito. Contras: poco aislado (se oye todo). Desayuno muy simple.”
