“We only stayed for one night. The website says check in is 5pm which I thought was a bit late. They did contact us a couple hours early and let us check in which was a nice surprise. The beach is so cute. My five year old played for hours. We didn’t get to utilize the fire pits but I thought that was such a nice feature. The cabin has everything you could need for your stay. “Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, friendly staff, cozy little cabin. Very peaceful. I read the other google reviews prior to going and did bring my own linen and tupperware/cooking utensils. The only thing I saw as an issue is that they waited to pull weeds/mow the lawn area by our cabin the day we arrived. It did make a couple ants pop up, but nothing ant spray couldn't help. Very minor. We loved our getaway and experience here and most certainly will be going back again!!”

“Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to...

“Ended up being a great stay! Was concerned on arrival. Our lodging (Garden view) was behind another building and the lake view was mostly blocked (I wasn't aware of this at time of booking). I asked the property manager if we could move to the beachfront and they made it happen. Make sure you head down to Sunrise Kava Cafe and get some great coffee!”

“Everything was wonderful. Just one pretty minor complaint: the CD player was weird to operate and only one speaker worked. We had a great time. We visited Tuttle Marsh and the River Road on the Au Sable River on our way out, and climbed the lighthouse and hiked all around the edge of the peninsula. The fall colors were at peak for a good portion of our trip up. Thanks very much for making our 40th anniversary a great experience.”

“Cabin was clean. Host stocks coffee, popcorn, smore’s bar. And has outdoor activities as well. Perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway. Bonus that this cabin is pet friendly. Host is very communicative and sent us lots of recommendations. Couples be aware the queen bed and king pull out sofa seem smaller than advertised. The bed was comfortable though and would not deter us from coming back another time. Definitely on our saved list. ”
