“They had a $43 charge on our bill for a restaurant charge and we were never in their restaurant. Still trying to get that resolved. They had large showers but no safety bars to hold onto so dangerous.”

“It was a nice place to stay The rooms furniture was a little dated Our door went closed. You could see light out of it. The place was clean and the lady running in the front desk was very nice Very reasonable rate for the Williamsburg area.”

“Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later! We hope they get reimbursed for their...
