“Lovely property and full of history. Check in was wonky and check out was worse. To check in we had to go to the bar/restaurant and ask "where's check in?" The bartender checked us in, which was fine, but a bit odd. When we checked out the next morning the downstairs restaurant was closed and locked, so there was nowhere to check out. We ended up leaving the physical key in our room and hoped for the best. Going forward, the hotel should alert guests to the lack of check out, to aleviate...

“I loved this property so much! Quaint and beautiful. It felt like I was in a countryside cabin. So many beautiful features. The bed was my favorite part, loved the hidden tv and the fireplace was magnificent. We were surprised with baked goods and a bottle of prosecco. This will definitely be our go to stay in the future. ”

“Property was clean and as pictured. Hosts were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was functional. I did expect the “entire house” listing on Vrbo to actually be just myself and my family in the house, but it is a house divided into two apartments so there may be other neighbors/guests during your visit. "The hotel is located in an area close to many things. The cleanliness of the room was not good; one of the bed blankets had blood on it, as if it hadn't been changed. We were tired and didn’t have the energy to go to the main lobby to ask for a room change, so we opted to just request a clean sheet. There was hair in the bathtub, which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned very well. The beds were comfortable, but I don’t think they are queen size; they seem more like full size because they’re small. The air conditioning did not work well; it wasn’t hot, but it wasn’t cold either. I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone planning to stay for more than one day."
