“ We were a multi-generation family staying at this lovely lake house for July 4 weekend. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a big hit with lots of games between the grandparents and teens. There is a peninsula on the lake very close by where we would walk most evenings, and we walked there the night of the 4th and were able to see so many fireworks! “Shame! I did a reservation 1h before my arrival and they hadn't received it yet. I showed the reservation, owner wasn't there and recepcionist didn't care my reservation and ask me more money that I did by hotels.com. Long history, Don't want to waste more time explaining it. Worst service ever after 90 days travelling in US. ”

“Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

“This cabin was very cozy. It is small but we were never in there . Loved the views so beautiful. The bed is not the best to sleep on but even though it was not comfortable we definitely return for another trip. Walking distance to The Whistle Stop Cafe , but the do close early . Everything closes early . We went to the DG which 3 min from cabins and there is a grill … Loved this place !”

“We had the best time. The house was clean, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, good sleep, and we especially loved the back porch which was amazing. I would certainly love to come here again to relax. My family enjoyed the fishing early morning, noon, and early evening. lol. Just to see them relaxing with my 87 year old mother, was just a joy. ”
