Great for a place to use as base camp but wouldnt recommended it if needed it for more of an "stay on location" type of...

Sent stay request on Friday after 6pm to arrive on Saturday and host replied within an hour that late reservation was no problem and property would be ready for my stay. ”

“Made contact with the host prior to booking to make sure getting there early in the morning was ok, and that there was room to park a trailer. They responded quickly. Then knowing we were going to be getting in late and be in the sun all day, they went in and turned the air down for us before we got there. ”
