“The home was beautiful, even though it was clean the floor needed to be vacuumed there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and gnats all over the bathroom floor.There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to purchase some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. ”

“We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again.”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”

“Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. “We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then...

"This was our fourth stay at this property and we like it very much. Great location ! The sky bridge connection to the Providence Mall is very convenient. The University Graduation of our daughter was at the Amica Mutual Pavillion which is right next door and that was a super plus for us. This Hotel is waking distance from the Train Station so coming from Boston by Train is super cheap and convenient. Amaury at the Front Desk was super friendly and professional during our check-in. It also has the best rates compared to other hotels in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel. "
