“Muy bien ”

“The hotel was really clean, Breakfast was great, Location a little outside of Galesburg, but, very very nice rooms, with great shower, and beds !!!!! Excelente Hotel ...!!!”

“Limpieza ”

“The breakfast was very minimal. Room was decent. Service was acceptable.”

“Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!”

“The facility was well stocked with items we used. The master suite was wonderful. Laundry appliances and soap were available - and we used them. Because we were busy in town most of the weekend, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but it was available and ready for us. The host was very easy to reach whenever we had questions.”

“Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided.”

“Me agrado el hotel muy tranquilo y limpio y aparte la recepcionista me dejó hacer el check in temprano y eso me ayudó para llegar a tiempo al evento que fui invitado.”
