I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property.”

“This is a great place to stay! It puts you close enough to the beach, but without most of the traffic. There’s plenty of shops in case you forgot something. Overall, my friends and I had a great time; would probably stay again.”

“We had a wonderful time in Nautical Dream. The house was clean and renovated, kitchen is well stocked, the location is super. The house even had real piano which was a nice bonus.”

“We had a great time! The property was in a clean and quiet neighborhood with quick access to all the shopping and eats. Quick trip to the beach was super convenient. The home was clean and welcoming. The manager was super helpful and friendly along with making sure we knew they was available if needed. We will return to this home again! ”

“We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. “I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is great for a large party, with a large kitchen/dining area and plenty of bedrooms - we had 15 and still had a couple empty beds. Awesome pool area and the beach access is right across the street - it's literally as good as beach front without being beach front. “Our stay was outstanding! Thank you so much for the very prompt responses to my questions and the overall hospitality! The home was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The location directly on the beach can’t be beat! The beautiful new pool was an added touch. My only suggestion would be to add a little bit of shade to the pool area or back deck. It’s nice to come back from the beach and find a little reprieve from the sun. All in all, 5 stars and we plan on trying to come back!”
