“I enjoyed my stay however I think the property needs to take a look at the mold in the shower. We were able to wipe it off of the ceiling in the shower however the bottom of the shower door was very disgusting. The staff can only do so much. Management needs to do a cleaning of this area. This is something I can’t expect the housekeeper to handle. Overall the hospitality made the issue not so huge! However Fix It!!!!”

“Thought the reviews were misleading for this hotel. It’s one of the pricier ones in Starkville but the room didn’t seem very clean, hair, crumbs etc. Beds were uncomfortable for everyone, had to hold down handle when flushing toilet. A few lights didn’t work. ”

“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

“There was no remote for the TV. No iron or ironing board. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. You could tell that someone had shaved in the shower and used the shower wall to tap out excess hair. The shower was gross. The door latch was busted off. The ac unit hardly worked. And the TV had wires hanging everywhere. ”

“I hate leaving negative comments, but the place is very ran down. The lobby and rooms had a bad odor, the refrigerator didn’t work, key to the room didn’t work either, also there was no batteries in the remote. The location is very convenient to the college, but overall if traveling with a family I wouldnt recommend. ”
