“I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! “This was a historical home and it was beautiful inside and out the property is clearly well kept the home was perfect and comfortable and made us feel right at home traveling with three generations on one trip we were all very pleased and very happy with the layout the ease of everything and how lovely the house was just a wonderful experience to stay in such a historic home in such a lovely town”

“We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor.”

“We had a great time here! The walking path to the beach was nice, but it was getting a little over grown the farther we went in, but easy to find and follow. The beach had some weeds as well, but the dogs enjoyed cooling off in the water. The ticks were bad, but thats expected. The dogs are treated, but we forgot our bug spray. Fortunately we were able to drive about 10min into tien to the bp gas station and purchase some. Overall, it was nice, quiet area for a weekend away.”

“We decided last minute to do a boat day at Lake Rathbun. This cabin was great for 4 of us! More spacious than I expected and very clean! They even had a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge which was so thoughtful! Property manager responded to my messages VERY quickly too! Definitely recommend!!”
