“Getting to the point, it’s our first choice when we return to the UP! That should tell you everything you need to know. Everything was perfect!”

“Great place”

“Clean, nice interior. Location is peaceful.”

“I guess this could pass as a campsite. If you don’t mind being surrounded by trailers and storage vehicles on the side of a busy rural highway. If you are looking for an up north Mi camping experience you are hereby forwarned this is not the most scenic campsite! Not mad, just disappointed. But everyone’s gotta make a buck I guess. We decided to not stay the night and instead made the 6 hour trek home a day early. ”

“Great view, enough space for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“My grandson and I had a FANTASTIC stay. The cabin is exactly as pictured and explained. Hosts are great and very friendly. Place is easy to find and close to many attractions. I will be returning again.”

Only down side was no A/C they did have fans in the rooms to help circulate the air and was able to open some of the windows at night to cool it down. Some windows hand cranks did not work.”

“The host responded quickly to any questions I had. The place was clean but areas of it dated. Window blinds need to be replaced. They took the welcoming appeal away when entering. Appliances were clean. Bathroom small, clean and cozy. Location worked for our stay in the Newberry area.”

“If you want somewhere that is is in the middle of nowhere, this place is that place for you. There is no AC, but we had plenty of fans, although the handles to the windows didn't work so you had gaps where bugs could come in throughout the day/night. The one handle didn't work, so my husband had to remove all the screens to push out the windows. overall clean, but not enough items for the amount of people it states that it accommodates. Host did not respond right away and didn't leave another...

“This property is in the location for us that was central to all the Upper Pennisula activities we wanted to do during our stay. It made our vacation very convenient. The grocery store is walking distance from the house - so getting what we needed was easy.”
