“Quaint hotel. Well maintained and felt clean, but was a little outdated. We enjoyed our stay and would return again in the future if our travels took us to Big Rapids.”

“My stay was somewhat disappointing. The hotel felt untidy, with noticeable dust and debris collected on the carpets, in the elevators, and throughout common areas. The property also seemed outdated and in need of some maintenance. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work, and the shower was unusually low, making it difficult to use comfortably. The tub floor was also quite slippery, which felt like a safety concern. Overall, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained property.”

“My husband and I had a great experience here. It is a beautiful location and the cabin was wonderful! We did come during the heat wave so we brought some fans and a portable shower. There is a propane fridge in the cabin so you can bring food. We cooked every night on the charcoal grill. The outdoor bathroom was well maintained as was the whole property.
