“No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.”

“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. “The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

"Los comentarios positivos me hicieron sentir segura de mi decisión de reservar en Arcadian, pero para mi sorpresa, la realidad fue muy diferente. - Servicio de limpieza: Los amenities diarios, como shampoo, acondicionador y gel de baño, solo se proporcionaron el primer día. Los días siguientes, tuve que ir personalmente a la recepción cada noche para pedirlos, lo cual fue molesto, especialmente después de un largo día. Tampoco ofrecían gorras de baño para los huéspedes. Algunas de las toallas mostraban un desgaste evidente. - Desayuno: El primer día estuvo generalmente bien, pero a medida que avanzaban los días y se les iban terminando los productos, el desayuno se redujo a pan tostado simple con mantequilla y mermelada. No se reponía lo que se terminaba.El café también estaba intomable. Si bien fui atendida en cada ocasión que fui a recepción, mis preocupaciones no fueron resueltas, lo que resultó en una experiencia de hospedaje decepcionante. También quiero mencionar que el cuarto no es hermético, lo que hace que se escuchen muchos ruidos por la noche. Es bastante molesto que no haya cajones para guardar la ropa. Por otro lado, el hotel está bien ubicado y es muy accesible. El lobby es agradable y limpio. Al llegar, me dieron un cuarto pequeño pero en muy buen estado, limpio y bien acomodado. En conclusión, si tuviera que calificarlos, les daría un 7 por su ubicación y limpieza. Sin embargo, no regresaría ni lo recomendaría."
