“This is a GREAT place if you are looking for proximity to town, dining, shopping, etc. It's a quiet neighborhood even with all the tourist traffic. It's also very well kept and seems to be in a safe area. A couple of things I would note for others: if anyone in your party has trouble with walking, the pathway to the main door is a bit cumbersome. “We had a lovely weekend getaway in Ouray and this place was excellent. Perfect location on Main Street so you can walk everywhere and a beautiful view! Definitely try the Thai place across the street as it’s delicious, but overall you can’t go wrong. Helpful to know there is a massage studio next door, but if you plan day adventures it really doesn’t matter. It’s a quiet business so it doesn’t disturb you, just have to be quiet going in and out between 9-5pm. ”

“The property is beautiful. Easy walk into downtown Ouray along the river path. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even had towels for the Hot Springs pool. Everything has been remodeled in the bathrooms. We would definitely like to rent this property again. "There was a really beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch. Check in was fantastic. A key was waiting in the reception area. The only thing I didn't like was the property smelled like fragrance around the outside, and the carpet in the room. But I opened the windows and it discipated. The room had so much charm and character. Everything was new and sparkling clean. It was a great value too. The bedding and everything was fragrance free. I'm so grateful. Fragrance is toxic. "
