“Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!”

“Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. ”

“The host is easy to contact and very helpful and friendly. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is huge to enjoy cooking and entertaining. Backyard is fenced in for pets and children with a swing set. I also enjoyed the large porch to view pond and wildlife. It’s a convenient drive to restaurants and beach, under 20 mins. ”

“We’ve stayed on Topsail before, but we really loved this spot! The house was perfect for our family. We hadn’t planned to max it out, but that’s how it worked out and we are so happy it could sleep 8!! We were comfortable and the beach was perfect. The owners were responsive and checked in with us. “I really like the location, the house don't get me wrong was fine, just outdated on appearance, I feel like they could do so much more with the place, to make it more inviting.something to make guests feel happy when they wake up, just decor we was drab . Location is perfect outside shower with hot water perfect, area to wash off beach chairs and umbrella great, view is great too. We had a good vacation.”
