“The host , Charles was fantastic . He lives next door but assured us privacy the whole time. He was available when needed and accompanied us in every way. It is small but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. We only had two cups of coffee but blamed it on ourselves as we hurried the clean to get in early. The Dollar store is just down the road and came in handy for snacks and coffee. I'm sure if we asked Charles would have brought us more coffee. It's so quiet and private. Sweet patio...

“Great location, walking distance to eat, drink, the lake. Quiet especially since we were there in the off season. Nice place. The carpeting could use a deep clean or replacement as there were several stains. And one mattress also wasn’t great in the first bedroom. Parking right outside the door. ”

“the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. ”

“Fun spot in the heart of Pepin! Everything is within walking distance: artwork, food, pubs and the Mississippi. Just know that in this spacious getaway you will be walking up and downstairs in the middle of the night if you need to head to the bathroom.”

“The set up worked well for the family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked with bowls and Containers. I would consider it only fairly Stock. The cleanliness of the apartments was only fair to poor. There were some cobwebs, some corners dirty, along the edges had a fair amount of dirt. A few of the plates were greasy and dirty. “Nice location and very clean! Had a very nice stay.Few problems: Probably because of our age, the shower was hard to use without hand bars and high sides on the tub.Temp. was hard to set, with air running all the time, as I didn't want to touch controls as they were high up.Other wise everything was very nice!!!!!”
