“Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still...

“We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves.
