“It is located next to the fairgrounds. Our first room was musty smelling and the floor boards were up off the floor as in water damage. The next room we had smelled musty as well. Many dead bugs, but the biggest problem was the mattress cover was covered with rust and many stains. Toilet leaked too.”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“The property is beautiful and very private. When you turn off 149, you drive up a tree enclosed gravel driveway. This opens up to a cornfield and pond on the right and you drive under pine trees before you see the property.The house has a wrap around porch, with parking on the side.The house is quaintly decorated with lots of antlers. The beds were comfortable, the shower had water pressure, the living area view is picture perfect, and it is peaceful. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star...

“We had an amazing stay! The host was very quick with getting back to me with sny questions I had. There were a few spots that a can see why others would complain of "dirty" but honestly its spring/summer time and lights attract bugs so its not that big of a deal. Also the coffee shop next door was an AMAZING bonus! Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in town!”
