This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. I stayed with my girlfriend for one weekend. We left the property exactly as we found it only needed a place to sleep for an event we were attending. She asked me to cashapp her $50 to arrive early and after throughly following the checklist for checkout to try not...

“House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect….the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that…house was perfect! Thank you! ”

“Great house layout. Perfect size for 3 families of 4. Kids had a blast swimming, fishing, and tubing on the boat. Nice big boat to comfortably fit us all. Would definitely come back!”

“We had 9 adults and 5 children on our trip and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room indoors for large groups, along with great outdoor space plus a large enough table for everyone to eat at the same time. The game closet, ping pong table, and swing were great additions. Perfect location to get away, while also being close enough to some great activities.
