“Clean rooms- patiently waiting for the pool to get finished.Staff are friendly and polite.”

“Heater in room did not work. Property needs a lot of updating”

“It lacks maintenance”

“Do NOT book a stay at this property because it is no longer operating as a motel. When we arrived to check in, we were told there was no room for us and the property is now a residence for a hockey team. The property had already taken a payment for the room from us. We are currently trying to get a refund. This process of getting a refund is quite complicated and Expedia has not been very helpful with the refund to this point.”

“It was a great place to stay for the UND graduation.”

“Very responsive and helpful host!”

“Love staying at the cabin on Maple lake! Perfect for our family”

“The property was very good. Some beds were hard and could use a memory foam topper to make them very comfortable. The only issue we had was the lack of potable water from the faucets but water was provided for use.”

“We were in Grand Forks for a softball tournament and stayed here, and I am so happy that we did! There were 6 adults and 3 kids and this space worked so well for us. Great location near lots of amazing food options and I was even able to walk 3 blocks to the river and spend time on the walking path. We cooked most meals here and there was everything we needed and more. Great set up to visit while we prepped food. Downstairs was where the kids stayed so they had their own space and bathroom....

“Our stay at Lake Sarah was so wonderful. The little lakeside place was just right for our little group. We had all we needed and everything was so neat and tidy. Malissa was so responsive to anything we needed. And watching a great blue heron hunting across the channel while sitting on the dock was the highlight of the trip.”

“Beautiful property. Kind of tucked back from the highway. Had deer through the yard in the evening. House was very welcoming with a curated mix rustic and modern decor. Was close to a family event in nearby town so worked out perfectly. ”

“Spent Christmas with family.”

“It was so nice being able to stay here at such a convenient and well maintained property on Lake Sarah. My family property on the other side of the lake was so close. We were here for my fathers funeral service and being able to stay nearby made a world of difference. Thank you!”

“Was very clean , cozy , comfortable.”
