“This was our second stay at Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. Everything was just as great as our first time there. The cottage feels like a home and is well equipped. We love that they have a ping pong table and nice fire pit with wood. The canoes and kayaks are great too although we didn’t use them this time because the water was a bit rough while we were there. Owner was really flexible when he got hospitalized during our initial planned stay. Can not say enough good things. Only improvement I can think of is updating the listing to make it clear it’s located on a channel that goes out to the lake.
