“Good”

“El hotel hubiese sido mejor, o la estadía hubiese sido mejor, si hubiera "housekeeping" a diario. No había. No recogían el cuarto ni cambiaban las toallas. Estuvimos 3 noches. La segunda noche pedimos toallas limpias. El cuarto olía fuertemente a humedad. Sinceramente, el lugar estaba "overpriced" para lo que ofrecieron. Lo único bueno era su localización, a pasos de "downtown: Troy y fácila acceso en carro entrada y salida de Troy.”

“The bed was a bit firm, but comfy, clean linens/towels- which was good. Shower was clean. But rooms need updating and deep cleaning- the lamp was covered in dust, and the windowsill in the bathroom was super dirty. Soap rack is completely rusty. It was okay for a night to stay- bed was clean - which is important, but they definitely need to clean way better!”

“First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

“Home was lovely for our stay and what we needed a place for, however the lack of any sort of instruction outside of the lock code made it a bit more difficult to navigate the home. In the sense of, any safety or things to keep in mind while using the fireplace, where to get firewood, if anything is needed upon checkout, where to put garbage and recyclables and other items of the sort. ”

“The place was clean and basically what I expected. Checking in was very easy. The host sent very clear instructions. Parking was on the street but I felt safe leaving my car on the side of the street by the building.”
