“The Lakeside Dome is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the view of the lake and it was very close to the Dundee resort where we were attending a wedding. A nice retreat.”

Not to mention the family cottage vibes that reminded me of our old Northern Ontario family camp that I spent summers at as a child. I would love to return with family one day and enjoy some more time there. The location is wonderful. The space was very clean and the beds were so comfy! “My stay was perfect. Having spent my summers on the Bras d’Or lake as a child I knew what I was getting with regards to lake (it is clear, warmer than the ocean, salt water —perfect to me!), but this was my first stay at Lakeside Luxury. I booked the cottage which was a great option for privacy, the screened porch was perfect for the mornings and evenings to get away from bugs. “Looking for peace and quiet with an amazing view; this is the place to go. The wooden cottage is located up a hill with an amazing view on Lake Bras d’Or. The pictures are 100% accurate. Only thing to keep in mind, the drive up the hill is quite steep and the gravel road is quite bumpy. If you don’t drive a 4x4 or an awd vehicle, make sure your car is not too close to the ground or you could scrape and cause damage.”
