“This is still our favorite place to stay for our anniversary. There's been a LOT of changes since last we visited! There were some full trash bags around the back of the A-frame this time, making me think someone was enjoying the place only days before we arrived. There are also several new covered structures being built. While I expected this from my last conversation with the owner during our last visit, it was still a shock. I would love to know how the rental/visits are going to work once...

“It was wonderful! Perfect old cottage—authentic for sure. It was a little dusty and drafty, but it’s super old, which gives it its fun charm! Has tons of beds, cool cave-like shower, and a really nice kitchen :-). ”

It was so nice to be at a quiet place with the country feel of a rooster crowing, and seeing cows and horses. The omelets my husband made were delicious with farm fresh eggs and vegetables. “It doesn’t state that the play ground is actually in the yard right next door to the owners who join the property. I didn’t take my little toddler grandson to play due to the fact it was awkward. The patio wasn’t comfortable to sit out on as no privacy. I was looking forward to coffee on the patio in the mornings. Their house patio and windows are right there, facing the 1 little table they offered. I will also say if there was a coffee pot station with plenty of coffee and cups on the main...

“Chad, the host, was so accommodating! We have stayed here before and have returned because of him and the way he runs the VRBO. Loved the BLACKSTONE griddle to cook our steaks on…looking into buying one myself now! Chad was helpful with communication before we arrived, too! We will be back! ”
