“This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings.”

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. “I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. “Christi and Joe's place was just what we needed for family with a racing aficionado and swimmers. Grandkids, daughter and son-in-law especially enjoyed the indoor pool. Fully-equipped kitchen made cooking for our two celiac members and vegans easy. Christi and Joe thoroughly prepared us for our stay and were communicative and responsive when AC problems arose. “My friends and I had the best time at the luxury downtown penthouse. It was a short walk to Broadway and Caroline street. The penthouse had so much room and it was very easy to reach the Vrbo owners if we did have any issues. It was very easy to check out and we had ample parking for my friends and I. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here again if it’s available next time we visit Saratoga Springs! ”
