“We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! ”

“The house was everything it was advertised to be. Quite location, beautiful night sky with access to a telescope, clean house, and well stocked. The host, Mike, responded in good time and ensured we had what we needed. My mom got to see the night sky she remembered from her teenage years. We will absolutely keep this property in mind for future vacations. Mom said this is one of her top three houses she has ever stayed at.”

“The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. “Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

“Beautiful home ,great views. Very spacious and bonus room with pool table a plus. Everything you need for the perfect getaway. Place is well decorated and cozy. Had a great time. Pics online limited and can be deceiving, cabin is huge and nice ,had a great time.”

The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate.
