The problems are with some maintainence issues around the house- broken fixtures, etc that haven't been repaired. Second problem and less forgivable is the poor communication. Arrival check in instructions were not sent ahead of time and caused a delay of getting into the property.Due to this issue and AC not working when we arrived, the owner offered a partial refund in both a phone call and a text...
