“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”

“The house is a good size and well-furnished for guests. The location was great, and the owner was responsive to questions and concerns and prompt in communicating. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend the place for friends looking for a place to rent on the lake!”

“We enjoyed our stay!”

“Everything is perfectly described and the host is very friendly and very easy to communicate with”

“First, the location and water view is a 10/10. The house is another matter. The screen on the porch is not attached to the frame in multiple places. There is an entire 2ft by 4ft section of screen that is missing. You cannot leave a pet on the porch. The house is in major need of an electrical update. There are many more issues I could list but I won't.”

“My family loved staying here over the weekend.”
