“Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.”

“We were in Arlington for the Post and Jelly Roll concert. This house was very close, a short drive to the venue. We Uber’d and it was less than 10 each way and less than 10 minutes The house itself was very comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained, exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely book it.”

“The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was clean, the house smelled good, amenities were stocked and good quality and we loved the huge backyard. The instructions were specific and simple. I loved the place I would definitely book again in the future. ”

“Location was fantastic - close to stadium - was able to walk back after event quicker than waiting for an Uber (about 20 minutes). Stores and amenities close by. Rental was well cleaned and communication with owner was quick and informative. “The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for my family. Each of the four bedrooms has a full bathroom. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Pros: Overall the property was clean and spacious. The sectional in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of space for 7 adults to not feel like we were all on top of one another.Cons: The lock box that the key was kept in was difficult to get into. The outdoor furniture was torn and had holes, needs new cushions. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms, we purchased some and left it behind for the next renters. The toilet paper was cheap rough 1 ply.Overall we enjoyed the...
