“The retro sign was a nice reference to the age of the property. The room had been updated and renovated and the bed was very comfortable. However, the connecting door let the sound through, and the guy next door played his tv all night. Other than that, it was a good experience.”

“There were few options to choose a hotel. They are routes where you have to stay in places like this. But for the price I paid $106, I found it very bad place.In fact, on the way back from my trip, I stayed for $60, in a nearby town and it was much better, clean and comfortable.I have to say that the reception was kind and friendly with us.”

“They were in the process of updating the building. New windows, fresh paint job, so I ended up on 2nd floor with my dog and no elevator. The clerk was gracious to offer help getting my bags up to 2nd floor. For one night in my travels, it worked fine and was a comfortable place to stay. Conveniently close to a WalMart to get a few things I forgot.”

“Having rehabbed multiple old homes myself, I can say the owners did a great job here of bringing "This Old House" back to life. "Before" photos that are onsite show just how run down this home was, how far it has come, and the level of dedication by the property owner(s) in this restoration. The photos are accurate, everything is new and very nicely done. Great location in a very nice, rural NW Kansas town.I look forward to my next visit.TY Samantha!- Chris”
