The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. Marcie even went out of her way to bring me a Ninja so that I could grind my coffee beans (forgot to do it at home) and have my morning coffee overlooking the lake. It was quiet and peaceful.
