“The pool was warm which made it more enjoyable, the hot tub was nice, and I appreciated having bathrooms in the pool area. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The beds were not super comfortable, but I appreciated having a room with 3 queens so that everyone had a bed.”

“It took 30 minutes to check in. Staff was stressed and unprofessional. Hotel smelled bad, first room smelled like cigarettes. Second room smelled like kitty litter. Had to change rooms due to first room not being able to lock. This process took an additional hour due to understaffing. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. For the price this was a terrible experience. ”

“The carpet in the hallway is peeling, leaving bubbles in a line, and there's dried mold in the bathtub. I woke up with a stuffy nose from the mold. Else they charge a fee for my service dog. On their website said no charge por service dog.. I wonder why they charge me. I will ask at checkout. But staff is okay.”

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”
