“ it was not disclosed until after we checked in that the pool was out of service. We specifically booked there because of the pool for our kids as we were in town for a dance festival. In the future a poster at the front desk would have been appreciated so i didn't have to switch hitels after the first day.”

“Staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room however had hair in the bed, on the bathroom walls, the sink and bathroom counter had beard shavings on them. There are no curtains and semis were camped out running outside the window. I was quite cold as only a think fleece is provided. I must have been under the laundry room because I could hear the machines running and shaking as well as water draining. Had to sleep with the bathroom fan on to try and drain those noises...

“It was a nice little stay. This is an older building that does show its age in places. The kids loved the waterslide option at the pool. Breakfast provided many options that accommodated all of my family's individual preferences. As I said, this is an older building where the hot water takes its time to reach the shower, and our light fixture required attention for a bulb change. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating to ensure our comfort. ”

“Nice room, clean, spacious well appointed. Free breakfast with lots of choice. Brown's Social house is 100 feet away, stumbling distance. ”

“Property itself was clean and newer. desk staff initially stated the room was not ready at check in, but when i questioned how long it would be, then it was suddenly ready? Seemed unorganized. Also desk staff were unaware of the easter egg hunt the hotel put on and could not help my daughter with the egg locations much to her disappointment. ”

“Just renovated. Everything is new and pristine. Walk in shower and rainfall head was great. Had Queen suite lots of room. super tidy. Helpful staff at breakfast and front desk. was a great stay. Room was quiet, recommend the suite the seating area was comfy and roomy. ”

“Front desk staff were very friendly! Great selection for hot breakfast. Beds were comfy. Bathroom light/fan was noisy but overall things were good. ”

“Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.”

“Host is very communicative and accommodating. Gorgeous property, location can't get better. Few things that can be improved upon - General wear & tear - Dishwasher definitely needs some love! Kids indoor games / activities( toys/puzzles/color books). Basic toiletries, more coffee would be great :). Overall, we loved the place and Leah was amazing. We would love to be back. ”
