“A one of kind, wonderful hotel. My husband and I never get away but it was nice to stay the night with all of the onsite amenities and excellent bar staff at the Sky Terrace restaurant. The environment is extremely homey but elevated with children and dogs allowed but they didn’t hinder our relaxing at all. Would love to come again soon!”

“Decent lower price motel”

“Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)”

“Very clean. Very polite staff. I only stay here when in the area. There is a pool but it isn't open. Could be just because it's early in the year. I didn't ask. But definitely worth the stay!”

“Me and my husband wanted to go here for our wedding anniversary. We are from Florida and we wanted to see the mountains. When we first walked into the location there was piles of lady bugs on the floor. Then they were falling from panels in the ceiling and through the lights. The lady bugs were everywhere! On our beds and some fell in my hair. My husband found a broom (no dust pan) in what was supposed to be”

“Cabin was clean and well appointed. Road into location a bit bumpy with potholes but host gave excellent directions that helped finding. I think it may be more difficult to navigate route in the dark so recommend arriving during daylight. Area around fishing village was peaceful and tranquil and great for walks, sitting on the deck watching the lake and local wildlife, and it was a treat eating dinner by the beautiful view of Johnson Lake.
