Stocked home (plenty of toilet paper; trash bags; pantry staples like sugar, spices, pasta, coffee; dishes; crockpot; pots/pans; bath towels; 2 washers and 2 dryers).Cons: Unkempt backyard (didn't feel comfortable letting the kids run around due to wires hanging down; longer grass; hot tub wasn't hot - lukewarm water). “Cedric is a wonderful host. He sent us emails recommending things to do in the area as well as restaurant recommendations. He took care of a problem we had with the front door lock in 2 seconds and left us a cake as a welcome present in the fridge. The hot tub in the back yard was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. The location of the property could not be better for graduation weekend. ”
