“The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. “We were over the moon with our stay. The only downfall was the king bed box spring was collapsed on one side so the mattress sinks in that spot- sleeping with a toddler left it inevitable not to end up sleeping there. So not the most comfortable, but we were so worn out on the daily it didn’t matter too much. All the kids enjoyed their beds. The condo was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. “Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton...
