“My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

“Easy communication with just. House was clean and well kept with the exception to the sun room, but renovations were in progress”

“Was perfect for whatcwe were looking for. Definitely enjoyed the large space, pool table and the large covered front porch area. Was alittle different as there are no windows but we adjusted fast and really enjoyed our stay. Will be looking to book yhis unit again when we go back”

“We had decided to move up our October 4 wheeling trip to May, and after looking at the reviews for this place, we could not have picked a better place. The communication with the host was wonderful. The amenities were great! I would suggest this place to my friends to rent. Thank you, John.”

“This condo was easy to access and had good amenities for the location. Cute firepit and comfortable beds. The bathroom set up worked well for the number of bedroomsWould be nice to have more kitchen supplies.”

“Overall we were really impressed with the house. We had a group of 9 and there was plently of seating for everyone and a nice large kitchen for cooking. Nice location to the trails and convient to gas station. We would saty here again. ”
