“This cottage is well-loved and cared for. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and a quiet retreat. The house is old, but has a lot of charm. Everything worked well and check in was very easy. Would stay again.”

“A perfect price/quality ratio. Very close to the convention center, which was exactly what we needed for the CIM. The apartment had everything we needed, including *very* comfortable beds. (The Keurig machine didn't work, though, but that's okay as there was a french press.)”

“Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. ”

“The house is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard area is truly special - a beautiful and serene spot for morning coffee and evening meals. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Our group had some last minute changes to our plan and the owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!”

“This home was perfect for our party of 7 adults! It was so comfortable and well appointed, we especially enjoyed the pool and large family room space. There were 2 outdoor areas to enjoy, one where you could casually and subtly watch the golfers on Hole 7 and one by the pool. The dining room was great for our family dinners and there was plenty of bathroom space for all of us! We are so appreciative that we were able to use this house and truly enjoyed our stay in Napa! “Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). "They made me a charge for $20 unexpected to date they have not returned the deposit the elevator was in bad condition in the hotel looks luxurious but it is not and I think I have hosted the best hotels with better benefits such as breakfast included for less money and I paid more than $35 so that breakfast was included and at the last minute I think that was what they charged me for two people and the staff treats you badly they told me that my reservation did not exist and I only booked that hotel because my boyfriend told me he wanted that hotel when I feel that I know better"
