“After a long travel, I really had a good rest staying at the hotel especially with a loved one. The room is clean and cozy the staff are nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the food too.”

“That’s a nice hotel, I will stay there again. A fair amount of parking, and the staff is very courteous. My room did not have a TV, the dining tables and the restaurant do not have salt or pepper. That was a little curious. The location is good, the price is maybe a little high. I saw a cockroaches almost every day. So the maintenance is not what it could be.”

“Room 209 the A/C was not cooling enough. Room 210 the shower water was not warm enough. Rm 220, there’s strong cigarette smell.”

“Always good as usual rooms etc clean location is good as is air conditioning Pool is ok as well”

“El servicio del staf de cocina y restaurante excelentes Recepcion muy atentos Lugar HERMOSO ”

“Friendly staff! Room was huge but outdated. Nice location”

“Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast always good nice selection”

“The room was okay but had many mosquitoes inside when we first arrived. The staff were very helpful to spray. ”

“Overall, place was neat and clean, but I don’t understand why don’t they put a curtain in the shower. Everything next to shower gets wet, specially with me, cause I am tall. A shower curtain should be part of a restroom. The soap is so xx-small 😂😂😂.”

“A great place to truly relax if (and only if) you enjoy the outdoors. You'll be up in the mountains with plenty of fresh air and delicious food prepared by the staff. However, be aware that the city will not be near by (so, plan in advance). For nature lovers this is a MUST do! Side note - working the shower's hot water can be a little tricky.”

“Very clean room, helpful staff, would recommend!”

“The road to the resort is risky.. Especially on rainy days you can get stuck there.. There is no mini fridge. And the mattress is only a small thin foam mattress, not recommended for foreigners..food was very good.. They have no backup generator when the power goes out... It's great if you're traveling on the budget.. But I would recommend other resort near by..”

“I would highly recommend this resort..the mattress are full size great for foreigners..mini fridge..awesome pool close to the main road...food was ok..but would recommend 3Bars restaurant..for breakfast lunch or dinner...its very close by..”
