“It was fully booked so it took a little longer to check in. They made up for it with free drinks and a slightly later check out. What I appreciated the most was the extra touch of providing a fold out sofa bed already fully made, for the kids in our suite! Really thoughtful!”

“Coming back for the fifth time says a lot. Our regular haunt, which never fails to disappoint. Check in was seamless, and we were surprised to be allocated the highest floor of our stays so far. Upon check in, the room was clean and tidy. We were presented with complimentary amenities which was another pleasant surprise. Only gripe we had was some minor defects which did not affect the condition of our stay whatsoever. Looking forward to be back!”

“The property is nicely maintained and had thoughtful amenities. However, there was some inconvenience. Check in/out timing, was limited to office hours. The heater in particular, did not warm up in time, even though we waited 15mins between each use. A more absorbent bathmat would also be helpful. ”

“A quiet and homely environment. Covered carpark but no security guard and accessible to rooms without having to scan keycard in lifts. ”

Better grab a cab to the location from CIQ as it is not easy to locate the Block I am staying and the walking distance to the service apartment (via bridge linkway) is simply too long and tiring. Not easy to locate the premise on your own. Now I know better.”
